Salt Water Fly Fishing
We are excited to announce that we have partnered with one of Florida’s top guides on the Gulf Coast and are now offering salt water fly fishing destination packages to the Naples/Marco Island area. Picture this: Tarpon, Snook, Jack Cravalle, and bid Red Drums…..All “on the Fly”. Our most recent trip last week was impressive with each angler catching plenty of Snook and Jack Cravalles in the 10-15 pound range and Tarpon in the 40 pound range, all on the fly. Give us a call and we’ll put a trip together for you.
Trophy Waters
The River’s Edge Trophy Waters continue to be a premier fly fishing destination for the fisherman that wants seclusion, rainbows and brown trout up to 30 inches, and some of the prettiest trout waters on the east coast. If you are interested in booking a trip give us a call.
In addition to Winston, St.Croix, Diamond Back, and Cortland, we have recently added the TFO Sage, Scott, and Simms product lines. Stop by the shop and cast our new “Finesse Series” TFO rods…these are one the best Fly rods for the money.
Our Thursday night fly tying classes have been a big hit during the winter months. We’ll continue getting together on Thursdays through the end of April, so stop by.
REO Trophy Waters
Our private trophy waters are now open. The best way to describe this fishery is “unbelievable”. With rainbow and browns tipping the scales at +6 lbs, you won’t find a better quality experience than fishing these private waters.
Guide Services
Our staff of professional guides specialize in wading for trophy mountain trout and drift boat fishing
for trout and smallmouth bass.
We also have access to 5 miles of privately managed trophy waters and limited access trout streams.
As a “Creek Company” pro shop, our guides offer float
trips on the French Broad, the North Toe, the Nolichucky, the South Holston, and the Watauga Rivers.

Our instructors are all certified fly fishing instructors and are dedicated to teaching, educating and
sharing the joys of fly fishing.
